The peel is fine, smooth, and glossy, ranging from green to yellow-green, with clearly visible pores. The peel is relatively thin and easy to remove. The flesh’s color is not much different from that of ordinary red pomelos, but when the Ruby Pomelo is cut horizontally, you can see that the flesh is not uniformly red.
