In good condition for its age, but I did find a few minor spots on it. Please enlarge and study photos.

The paper tag is still attached, as well as the other tag.

Brand is Cradle Togs, and was made in the Philippines.

Cotton polyester blend.

Can be washed for a real baby or for a doll. Tho it is exceptionally old.

Yellow with white collar, and flower pot design on front.
