These are unused.
I purchased these for a project a few years back and at no time used them.
The box has a crack in it on the back and the bag the little screws came in had a split at the seam so they were rattling around inside in the box.
I gathered them each (all are accounted for), taped them back in their bag, and I taped the crack in the back of the box.
