White button does not depress in (doesn’t function). This is the game feature button which doesn’t affect the LTE or other uses of the watch. This is a sold as is item. My daughter was using it just as fine without the functionality of the white game button. I am selling this watch because my daughter can no longer wear at school related to new smart watch rules at her school. You have to have a subscription to do anything past the screen shown in these pictures.To get to settings menu hold green button and swipe down.
